• Single Uccupancy : additional charge RM117 per night (Base on twin sharing rate)
• Minimum 2 adult per room
• Toddler (2-3 yrs old) : RM90 per infant
• Child rate apply : 04 – 11 years old
• Additional Night : 1 night stay, 1 (breakfast, lunch, tea break, dinner) and 2 snorkeling trip

* Boarding: Be at the Long Beach Jetty (infront of Redang Beach) at least 30min before the ferry departure time.

Ferry Schedule:

From Shahbandar Jetty to Redang Island

– 09:00am , 10:30am, 03:00pm

From Redang Island to Shahbandar Jetty

– 07:00am, 11:00am

• All confirmed bookings must be paid in full before the expiry of the payment deadline given.
• Rates quoted based on per person.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable for all booking.
• No refund for services not utilized.
• Price subjected to change without prior notice.
• Reservation is subjected to room availability.
• The management reserves to right to alter, modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• The management accepts no liability for loss incurred due to the failure of connecting with other services and
• cannot be held liable for any loss and damaged.
• All rates quote for Malaysian only.

* Please be PUNCTUAL for all activities. Any missed activities will not replaced and resort reserves the rights to alter the itineraries​​, substitute a vehicle or cancel any activities due to unforeseen operational conditions.

* If you fail to check in on time by the time the Ferry departs, the fare you paid will not be refunded to you for any reason what or ever.
